  • Front Desk Agent

    Rooms Division

    The Front Desk Agent position should have a proven and successful customer service background. This position entails responsibilities within the Front Desk, Reservations and Concierge.  Candidate must have strong service skills and eye for detail – this is a seasonal position (May – October).

  • Guest Service Manager

    Rooms Division

    The Guest Service Manager will supervise and coordinate the activities of Front Desk and is responsible for the successful operation and administration of all front office staff: Reservations, Concierge, Night Audit, Bell Staff, Guest Activities & Guest Satisfaction staff. The Guest Service Manager is responsible to create and retain relationships with our guests, work for repeat and new business, assuring that records for guests and groups are efficiently and accurately kept and rates are accurate in accordance with Management objectives and criteria.  The Guest Service Manager will achieve desired outcomes by planning, implementing, and controlling effective departmental strategies that drive results through the creation and development of a motivated and empowered front office staff. The Guest  Service Manager will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to the front office staff, supervisors, and managers daily.

  • Gardens Crew

    Grounds & Gardens
    Sebasco Estates

    Resort garden crew perform routine manual labor involved in or on Resort grounds.  Operate small hand-powered equipment; but mostly hand work.   Each team member may be assigned additional responsibilities for the care and maintenance on the resort as required, of a typical gardener.  This job is seasonal and extends from late May until late October.

  • Restaurant Manager

    Maintain and supervise the policies, procedures and standards set by Sebasco.  Assist with the planning, supervising and training of staff and provide the leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurants. The Restaurant Manager position reports to the Culinary Director and will need to work independently as well as a team leader. This is a seasonal position from mid May till Mid October

  • Line Cook

     It is the responsibility of the Line Cook to prep, cook and present all menu items with quality and consistency following the sanitation and food safety laws, with the direction of the Kitchen Manager. Also, responsible for setting up and breaking down and cleaning the kitchen before and after all meal periods. The Ideal candidate will have a restaurant/kitchen background and will possess a positive professional and respectful attitude toward the resort team and all resort guests at all times and work collaboratively with the Kitchen Manager, all kitchen and FOH staff.

  • Banquet Chef

    The Banquet Chef’s primary job function under the guidance of the Culinary Director is to oversee the day to day operations of the banquet kitchen, organizing and working off event BEO’s to insure meeting timelines, efficiency, and consistency of production with banquet prep cooks, Banquet Manager and the Banquet Captain. When not busy with events he/she may be called on to help out in one of the restaurants.   He/she will be charged with following all standard operating procedures and policies. The ideal candidate will possess a positive professional and respectful attitude toward the resort team and all resort guests at all times. This candidate will have excellent communication skills - this is a weekly, salary-exempt position. This position is offering an $800 sign-on bonus to be discussed during the interview.   • Bartender

    Our resort bartenders are responsible for cheerfully greeting guests and providing menus. Using knowledge in mixology for creative daily specials. Maintaining standards of food and beverage quality while maximizing profits and providing exceptional customer satisfaction. They are team focused, work well with others and are respectful to their peers.  The Bartender position reports directly to the Restaurant Manager and will have shifts in various venues.

  • Banquet Manager

    The Banquet Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and planning all details as pertained on a Banquet Event Orders (BEO) including set up and break down of banquet functions. Supervising all banquet employees.  Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and service to maximize profits and provide exceptional customer satisfaction. Candidate must have strong service skills and eye for detail. This position is responsible for banquets and resort F&B activities.

    The Banquet Manager position reports to the Catering Manager and will need to work independently as well as a team leader. This is a full time seasonal position from Mid-May-October and is an exempt position paid with weekly salary and service commissions.

  • Banquet Server

    Our banquet servers maintain standards of food and beverage quality and service to maximize profits and provide exceptional customer satisfaction. They are cheerful, team focused, work well with others and are respectful to their peers.  The Banquet Server position reports directly to the Banquet Manager. This is a seasonal position from Mid-May-October.

  • Restaurant Server

This is a seasonal position mid may through mid-October and will work in various venues including the Ledges Pub and Pilot House Restaurant.

  • Kitchen Manager

    The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the daily operation of one of our 2 venues and the culinary and dish washing staff to ensure quality and consistency of food, sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and create a cohesive environment between the Front of the House & Back of the House staff. He/she will be charged with following all standard operating procedures and policies. The Ideal candidate will have a proven successful restaurant/kitchen background which includes managing or supervising staff and will possess a positive professional and respectful attitude toward the resort team and all resort guests at all times. This candidate must be creative and have excellent communication skills, a proven leader who is able to motivate and work collaboratively with the Culinary Director, all kitchen and FOH staff. This position is offering an $800 sign-on bonus to be discussed during the interview.   • Baker

    The Baker will prepare a variety of desserts and pastries for several outlets on the resort as well as guests amenities. Following traditional and modern recipes baking cakes, cookies pies, and muffins etc. They will have the opportunity to be creative in developing new sweet and delicious treats. They will assist with the Chef to mentor any culinary baking interns

    They must adhere to state safety and sanitation laws and follow all policies and procedures as mandated by Sebasco.   • Golf Pro Shop Team

    The Pro Shop Team is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the pro shop and golf course operations including; outing sales and execution, merchandise sales, inventory control, tournament operations, member relations and other responsibilities as directed to by the Head Golf Professional.

  • Grounds Crew

    Resort groundskeepers perform routine manual labor involved in or on Resort/Golf Course grounds.  Perform maintenance; do semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate small hand-powered equipment; and occasionally perform work involving large equipment such as tractors and loaders. Each groundskeeper may be assigned additional responsibilities for the care and maintenance on the golf course and related work as required, of a typical golf course groundskeeper.  This job is seasonal and extends from late April until late October.

  • Bell & Guest Services

    $12.00 / hour + tips

    The Bell Service position reports to the Front Office Manager and provides service to resort guests as well as other staff members of the resort.  Typical duties include greeting arriving and departing guests, assisting with and transport of luggage, provide transportation service on and off the resort as directed, deliver amenities and supplies (including firewood) to guests and co-workers as required.   This position also provides setup service for resort activities, and setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for banquets, weddings and conferences.  The position requires that the Bellman work split shifts a couple of times a week and have a valid and clean drivers license

  • Guestroom Attendant

    This position performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor/manager. Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

  • Waterfront Launch Operator

    Our Waterfront department encompasses all of the activities on the harbor/dock.  The Launch Tender at Sebasco Harbor Resort plays a vital role in both promoting and protecting the waterfront and the resort.  An incoming mariner’s first impression of Sebasco Harbor Resort is likely based on their contact with the Sebasco Harbor Launch Tender.  Professionalism and competence are paramount to the Launchtender position.  The Launch Tender will be supported by the Waterfront Manager.  This person will assist you in the use of waterfront equipment, safety, training, and daily operational issues. This is a seasonal position from May-October

  • Executive Sous chef

    The Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the Culinary Director overseeing all resort food operations to include the Main Kitchen, Ledges Pub, Pilot House restaurant the Café & Gift shop, Ice cream shop, Pro Shop, and employee meal area to ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness of all outlets. He/she will be charged with following all standard operating procedures and policies and managing all BOH staff and responsibilities when the Culinary Director is off. The ideal candidate will possess a positive professional and respectful attitude toward the resort team and all resort guests at all times. This candidate will have excellent communication skills. This position is offering a $1000 sign-on bonus to be discussed during the interview.   • Staff Dining Cook

    JOB SUMMARY:

    It is the responsibility of the Staff Dining Cook, to prepare food to be served in the employee dining room. They Will be responsible for planning, set-up, preparation, and execution of well-balanced and appealing employee meals. Maintains the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of employee dining room, work areas, and equipment. They will cook meals based on established recipes with creativity and employee requests. Ensure meal quality and employee satisfaction. Following the sanitation and food safety laws, with the direction of the Culinary Director. Restocking of any breakfast or meal items i.e.: plates and utensils as needed before and after all meal periods. The ideal candidate will have a restaurant/kitchen background and will always possess a positive professional and respectful attitude toward the resort team and all resort guests and work collaboratively with the Culinary Director and Executive Sous Chef. This is a seasonal position from Mid-May-October. This position is offering an $800 sign-on bonus to be discussed during the interview.   • Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

    Sebasco Harbor resort is a nine-hole resort/public golf course. Located on the beautiful coast of Casco Bay just minutes from Popham Beach State Park and Bath Maine. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to perform daily course and resort maintenance operations. The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is a full-time year-round position This position offers competitive pay/ benefits as well as access to all resort amenities.
