Team members wear multiple hats and do “whatever it takes” to create a terrific guest experience for our guests. 

As the Picnic Line Cook you will work in a team setting, creating quality food in a unique, fun atmosphere. These positions are perfect for intermediate or advanced culinary professionals.

Other responsibilities include:

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate ticket times to Counter Attendants
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
• Assist in completing prep and storage of food items
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist at the counter when necessary 

Qualifications:

• Basic kitchen skills required
• Be adaptable, friendly, and flexible
• Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Must be neat, courteous, flexible and detail-oriented while keeping an eye on the big picture
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional with demanding guests and in difficult situations
