Join the culinary team at Sagamore in the heart of New York's Adirondack Mountains as one of our Sous Chefs. Your skill set should include or you should be interested in learning about butchery, meat and fish cookery, preserving, and baking.  Culinary degree preferred but above all sous chef candidates will be judged on work ethic, willingness to learn, and drive to work hard to push our culinary program to the next level. 

Competitive compensation plus room and board at National Historic Landmark site included. 

Sagamore's season runs from late May through Mid-October. Compensation includes room and board in a National Historic Landmark Adirondack Great Camp. Sagamore is situated in an area of the Adirondack Park with over 100,000 acres of forest, lakes and streams with abundant hiking, canoeing and outdoor recreational opportunities to enjoy.
