Rotational Management Internship

We are offering a rotational management internship. The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management of the pool snack bar. You will work with another Intern, and together you will assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service in personnel and cleanliness of the pool snack bar. Together they will supervise and train snack bar staff.

As opposed to other internships our Interns will also rotate through all departments of the Club, to "walk a mile in everyone's shoes". Our other departments include; Our Pro-Shop and First Tee, Golf Course Maintenance, Clubhouse Maintenance, Dining Room, and Kitchen. 

As well as the department rotations, our local chapter of the Club Management Association of America also hosts intern-focused events during the Summer season which you will be welcome to attend. These provide a great way to network as well as a chance to see other Club operations in the area. 

Room and board are included with the internship, we have dorm-style rooms in the clubhouse with a communal bathroom just for the interns with access to our kitchen.

Our pool season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Ideally, we would like for you to start in early to mid-May to make sure we have plenty of time for you to settle in and train with us. During this time we will explain our style of food service as well as bartending. The bulk of department rotations will take place during this time before the pool opens 7 days a week in late June. 

In addition to a weekly salary, there is potential for an end-of-season bonus as well as cash tips.
