In the heart of the Alaskan wilderness, our little slice of heaven seeks a sous chef.  Room and board is furnished as well as air transportation from Anchorage to the lodge. If employees stay for the duration of the season airfare is also reimbursed for travel to Alaska. Our chefs receive 50% of the house tips, cash tips are disbursed immediately, credit card tips are placed on the payroll.

We are looking for someone from July 23rd to September 1st. Chefs are required to have a culinary background with all the appropriate food handlers and serve safe certificates.

Our lodge is 70 air miles from Anchorage making it roughly a 35-minute flight. Provisioning experience is extremely important due to our location as well as being creative and resourceful if provisions are not received by plane when expected. We have a friendly laid back atmosphere and encourage our employee's creativity.
