Room and Board
Room and Board are included, great pay and wonderful housing. Sorry no pets and we do not have cell phone reception here at the ranch, but we do have wireless internet access in your room.
Being close to Yellowstone National Park and being 100% surrounded by National Forest allows a scenic remote location for you to explore on your time off. There is a end of season performance based bonus that is a big plus after the season has ended.
Getting Here and Getting Around
We are a quick 45 minute drive from Jackson Hole and the airport. Having your own vehicle is completely your choice. We will pick you up from the Jackson Hole Airport as well.
We encourage our staff to take part in our riding program, hiking and fly fishing. There is more time for rides during our pre-season, and then as the summer moves along if we have horses and you have some time, then head on out! We also sponsor various crew outings and activities. We want you to enjoy your time off and enjoy your work time to create a friendly productive and respectful work environment.

This position will be available to those who have managed dining rooms in the past. It is a small Team and therefore this is a hands on manager and serving position. The right person will be guest service oriented, energetic, flexible and have the ability to effectively lead a team. Working side by side with the Head Chef to assure fluid service from the kitchen to the dining room will be a priority. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to serving adults and children three meals a day; cleaning and setting the dining room; cleaning, opening and closing the kitchen; assisting the chef, BBQ set-up and breakdown and some dishwashing. Other duties will be scheduling of the dining room servers, ordering dining room supplies, maintaining proper health code regulations and providing our Guests with superior service.
This position will have varied duties. The person needs to be able to think independently, be flexible and have high energy. The duties will be morning housekeeping, cabin cleaning and laundry. The afternoons will vary, potentially leading hikes two to three days a week. The evening hours you will be Bartending. This position will be for the multitasking high energy self-governing individual. You must be able to work from late May through the middle of September.
