Reports To: Terrain Park Manager
Status: Seasonal | Non-Exempt
Wage: DOE
Schedule: Varied schedule including weekends/holidays

The Terrain Park is where style, creativity, and adrenaline live—but behind every clean lap is a crew making sure features are maintained, signage is clear, and everything rides the way it should. As a Terrain Park Attendant, you’ll work under the Terrain Park Manager to keep the park looking good, riding right, and operating safely.

What You’ll Do (AKA: Park Maintenance + Stoke Management)

  • Set up and maintain park signage, closures, trail markings, fencing, and banner tape

  • Monitor features through visual inspection and testing

  • Maintain the condition and appearance of features (jumps, ramps, rails, etc.)

  • Help with special events (set-up, maintenance, and equipment support)

  • Participate in user education and training (help guests understand safe park use)

  • Move snow as needed to keep features functional and safe

  • Communicate with teammates via radio, phone, and face-to-face

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication with guests and coworkers

  • Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends/holidays

  • A safety-first mindset and the ability to stay focused in changing conditions

Preferred (Bonus Points)

  • Experience with terrain park features

  • Knowledge of the ski industry

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions (Real Talk)

  • Stand/walk 90%+ of an 8-hour shift; lift/move 50 lbs+

  • Work on uneven terrain, snow, and ice; shovel snow; bend/stoop; sit for extended periods at times

  • Frequent outdoor winter work in extreme cold, wind, and wet conditions
