Be the first “hello” on the mountain.

If you’re the kind of person who can give directions, carry skis, and keep your cool when the base area gets busy—this role has your name on it. Guest Service Hosts are the front-line crew that keeps guests moving, smiling, and coming back.

What you’ll do (aka: your mountain superpowers)

  • Help guests find their way around the base area and on the mountain

  • Support parking flow and drive the shuttle when needed

  • Welcome scheduled groups and guide them through check-in

  • Jump in with guest support, Lost & Found, and base-area problem-solving

  • Lend a hand with shoveling/sanding, crowd flow, and keeping things running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • Friendly, confident communicator (with guests and teammates)

  • Organized, self-motivated, and quick to help

  • Available for weekends/holidays

  • Intermediate skier or snowboarder

Physical / work environment

This is an active, outdoor role: you’ll be on your feet most of the day, lifting/moving up to 50 lbs, working in snow/ice, and spending time in cold, windy winter conditions.
