- Create a Positive Cabin Culture: Live in a cabin with campers and a co-counselor, fostering a supportive, fun, and respectful environment where boys thrive.
- Supervise and Inspire: Guide campers through their daily routines, from waking up to bedtime, ensuring safety, good hygiene, and a sense of belonging.
- Lead Wilderness Adventures: Take boys on unforgettable backpacking and canoeing trips, teaching outdoor skills and creating bonds through shared challenges.
- Teach and Coach: Develop and deliver engaging, skill-building classes (like Tennis!), adapting lessons to suit different age groups and abilities while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Be a Role Model: Demonstrate leadership, respect, and a positive attitude in all interactions, helping campers grow into their best selves.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with co-counselors, program heads, and directors to maintain consistent discipline, address camper needs, and create an amazing experience for everyone.
- Make It Personal: Help campers build friendships, tackle homesickness, and take on challenges with confidence.
- Age: Must be 19 years or older.
- Energy: High-energy individuals ready for a unique, hands-on experience.

- Competitive Compensation: Starting salary of $3,400 (with potential increases based on age and experience).
- Dates: June 13th – August 15th, with opportunities for specialized training starting earlier.
- Live and work alongside campers, creating a positive and safe environment.

- Support campers’ personal hygiene, manage homesickness, and foster personal growth.
- Lead off-site overnight wilderness adventures, creating lifelong memories.
- Teach skill-based classes, such as Tennis, that are engaging, fun, and progressive.
- Adapt lessons to various age groups and skill levels while emphasizing safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Evaluate and adjust programming to maximize camper growth and enjoyment.
- Prioritize the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of all campers.
- Collaborate with the Camp Nurse and Directors to address health concerns.
- Ensure campers follow safety protocols in all activities.
- Work closely with co-counselors and staff to maintain a consistent, positive environment.
- Plan and supervise special cabin or camp-wide activities as delegated by the Director or Program Head.
