    Wrangler:  Great communication skills and a positive attitude are an absolute requirement.  You must be willing to learn and be extremely adaptable.  Two years of horse experience WITH guest interaction is requested.  You must enjoy people as much as you enjoy horses!  Guest interaction is 90% of your job at our Ranch.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: day-to-day care of the tack room, corrals, and horses; accurate knowledge of the Rancho de los Caballeros trail system as well as each individual trail; provide instruction and assitance to all guests with safety being the number one priority; safely and compentently guide trail rides for up to 10 guests at a time; work special functions such as team penning and desert cookouts as scheduled.  Please include a brief explanation of your horse experience.

    Individual will be responsible for the transport and set up of tables, chairs, table linens and Audio Visual equipment for meeting and events at the property.  Individual will also be responsible for the break down and cleanup of meeting space at the conclusion of each event.  Details of specific requirements and room layout for each group function. Working with the Conference Set up Manager to fullfill all meeting & conference needs. Light food service and ability to work well with litte direction. Moderate lifting, understands basic meeting room setup is a plus.  Some audio visual set up is a plus.

    Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.

    Dining Room

    Serves guests by mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks; safeguarding patrons.

    Duties:
    * Prepares mixed drinks by selecting and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
    * Garnishes drinks by slicing and pitting fruits; preparing olives, and onions; placing on picks or in drinks.
    * Prepares beer barrels by connecting hose couplings and connecting barrels to tap.
    * Serves beer by filling glasses with beer drawn from tap; retrieving and opening requested-brand bottles and cans.
    * Serves wine by opening bottles; decanting; and/or pouring by-the-glass offerings.
    * Provides bar snacks by replenishing pretzels, nuts, and special mixes.
    * Maintains attractive bar by arranging bottles and glasses for display; removing soiled glassware and empty bottles and cans; ensuring cleanliness.
    * Maintains supplies by ordering, requisitioning, or re-stocking snacks, liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients; replacing beer barrels.
    * Prepares trash for disposal by separating garbage and recyclable items.
    * Maintains safe, secure, and healthy bar and patrons by following and enforcing standards and procedures; judging when customers have consumed too much alcohol; calling for alternate transportation; complying with legal regulations.
    * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; keeping abreast of drink trends; exploring new recipes.
    * Enhances bar's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments; safeguarding customers.

    Responsibilities -  Set-up/break-down of service areas for all meals; comprehension of restaurant POS system, menus, and service process; comprehension of Saloon beer, liquor, and wine lists; exceptional and attentive guest service during all meals; work special functions such as desert cookouts, conference center events, and LCGC Golf club events as scheduled.  You must be physically able to complete the following on a regular basis: bend; squat; lift up to 50 pounds; lift and transport service trays to and from the kitchen; be on your feet for 4 – 6 hours at a time.  You must be willing to work in other departments as necessary.  Experience in fine dining service, knowledge of wine/wine service, and guest service experience is requested but not required.  We will train anyone eager to learn! 

    Qualifications - Interested applicants must have a positive attitude and diligent work ethic.  You must also be adaptable to any property specific procedures and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume TEAM environment. Previous Fine Dining experience required.       Our front line of hospitality! As a front desk agent you will be the first and last person our guests see. Smiles and a positive attitude are required!  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: comprehension and accurate usage of Visual One (computer system); efficently check guests in/out; Bellman services in absence of Bellman; answering phones and switchboard services; scheduling activities; selling Ranch gifts; perform night audit procedures; obtaining and retaining a general knowledge of the Ranch, Ranch history, and all surrounding areas.  You must be able to physically complete the following on a regular basis: bend; squat; lift up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods of time.  Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and will be required to submit a driving record prior to arrival at the Ranch.  One year experience in a hotel/resort office setting is required.
