Our front line of hospitality! As a Housekeeping Manager smiles and a positive attitude are required! Obtaining and retaining a general knowledge of the Ranch, Ranch history, and all surrounding areas. Manage, schedule, train housekeeping staff, houseman staff and laundry staff. You will be doing quarterly reviews and monitor growth within the staff. The Housekeeping Manager will be approving payroll and ordering necessary supplies and managing the housekeeping inventory. You must be able to physically complete the following on a regular basis: bend; squat; lift up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods of time. Applicants must possess one year of experience in a hotel/resort housekeeping management setting is required.
