Responsibilities -  Set-up/break-down of service areas for all meals; comprehension of restaurant POS system, menus, and service process; comprehension of Saloon beer, liquor, and wine lists; exceptional and attentive guest service during all meals; work special functions such as desert cookouts, conference center events, and LCGC Golf club events as scheduled.  You must be physically able to complete the following on a regular basis: bend; squat; lift up to 50 pounds; lift and transport service trays to and from the kitchen; be on your feet for 4 – 6 hours at a time.  You must be willing to work in other departments as necessary.  Experience in fine dining service, knowledge of wine/wine service, and guest service experience is requested but not required.  We will train anyone eager to learn! 

Qualifications - Interested applicants must have a positive attitude and diligent work ethic.  You must also be adaptable to any property-specific procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume TEAM environment. Previous Fine Dining experience required. Ability to follow and explain menu. Knowledge of Point of Sale system preferred. Available on weekends and holidays.  Attention to detail and quality orientation.

This position will report to the Dining Room Manager, Assistant Dining Room Manager and Breakfast/Lunch Supervisor. This is an hourly position.
