Being a Chef de Cuisine of our Fine Dining Restaurant "19" Artist and there’s no better place to practice your art than Rancho de los Caballeros. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for providing our guests with a dining experience they won’t soon forget. Our appreciated and respected Chef de Cuisine will be accountable for the daily operations of the kitchen, by providing team members with efficient and effective leadership.

As the Chef de Cuisine, you will only deliver our residents food items that are of the highest quality and presentation. Bring your food ideas to life using your creativity and passion with planning the restaurant menus. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for ensuring that all recipes and food preparations leave our guests wanting more while staying conscious of inventory, labor management, and budget.
