The Employee Experience

Most of our employees have a real passion for the Grand Canyon - it's history, it's beauty, and the ability and time they have to explore it inside and out. Our team is fairly small, and many not only work together but also live together in company housing, so the team is very much like family. They share meals together and spend time doing other planned activities like hiking, movie nights, trips to nearby towns & attractions, etc.
For those who prefer more solitude, take a walk through the forest or meditate at one of the lesser known view points at the Grand Canyon. Our Company homes have private bedrooms and bathrooms so employees can enjoy the benefit of privacy there.
The most common positions we hire for are the following:
Adventure Tour Guides must be passionate about sharing the beauty and wonder of the area. A love of learning is important, as what sets our tours apart from others is the knowledge and training of our Guides. The ability to educate in a fun, relevant, and meaningful way helps provide the memorable experience our guests have come to expect. An excellent safety and driving record is required and our Guides must pass a DOT medical examination.
Customer Service Representatives are the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable team members that help visitors from all areas of the world plan their adventures. Excellent communication, people, and computer data entry skills are important in this role. This is a team oriented position that provides great service to our customers and also supports the Tour Guides to ensure all logistics and operations flow smoothly.
Room and Board
Pink Jeep Tours Grand Canyon location offers affordable part-time or full-time housing in Tusayan. We have 5 large homes, most with 5 bedrooms each. Double or single occupancy rooms available with private bathrooms. Employees share kitchen, laundry, and living space with their housemates. Our employees can walk a short distance to work. Our office is based out of the National Geographic Visitor Center in Tusayan.

Getting Here and Getting Around
Most of our employees have their own vehicle which allows them to get out of town and explore when they want. There is public shuttle transportation available between the popular towns of Tusayan, Williams, and Flagstaff.

Customer Service Representatives
We are seeking FT and PT Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the Grand Canyon. We are based in the National Geographic Visitors Center in Tusayan and educate people from all over the world about our various tour products, and assist them with booking their adventure.
Responsibilities include helping visitors with questions, educating and selling of Jeep tours, booking reservations, coordinating tour logistics, assisting customers and Tour Guides with tour preparation and Jeep loading, and other administrative tasks.

- Strong computer skills including proficient data entry skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail

Positions start now through April. We have seasonal opportunities typically lasting up to 6 months, and some can go longer. We also consider interested seasonal employees for year-round positions. Company housing is available on a PT or FT basis. Round trip commuter van transportation is also available along route between Flagstaff and Tusayan.
ADVENTURE TOUR GUIDES
Are you ready for adventure? This position will work at the Grand Canyon and provide educational and fun tours throughout the Grand Canyon National Park.
We are hiring PT and FT Guides who are fun, safety minded, self-motivated, w/ excellent customer service and communication skills. You will share the area’s cultural and natural history while providing fun and adventure on mild to rugged scenic trails. You must be able to endure a variety of weather and driving up to 10 hours/day in a physically-demanding job; walking on uneven terrain and light hiking ability is required. Tour Guides must be at least 25 years of age with a good driving record. We provide extensive training. Positions start in mid-April.
