Pink Jeep Tours is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Uptown Sedona location. In this fun, fast paced environment, you will assist customers from all over the world with reservation check-in, payment processing, and education and selling of our product offerings. This position requires excellent customer service, sales, and tour and vehicle scheduling abilities. We are seeking professional, outgoing, helpful, and friendly candidates, with great people skills; Must be comfortable in a soft sales environment; and have proficient computer and data entry skills.

Pink Jeep Tours is seeking Tour Guides. This position will work in our beautiful Sedona location and provide educational and fun tours on a variety of trails throughout the National Forest. Job Responsibilities and Requirements
We are hiring PT and FT Guides who are fun, safety minded, self-motivated, with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will share the area’s cultural and natural history while providing fun and adventure on mild to rugged scenic trails. You must be able to endure weather extremes and driving up to 10 hours/day on rugged trails in a physically-demanding job; walking on uneven terrain and light hiking ability is required. Tour Guides must be at least 25 years of age with a good driving record. We provide extensive training and offer competitive pay and benefits. Training starts May 4th.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is competitive with opportunities for advancement
- Benefits available first of month following 60 days service and includes 2 medical, dental and vision plan choices, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and a 4-day work week option.
- Company housing is NOT available at our Sedona location. You will need to locate your own housing. There are RV parks in the area.
