BIG HORN MOUNTAINS / BUFFALO, WYOMING/ nestled around 1.3 million acres of National Forest
Breakfast Cook
Hours 5am- 1-2pm
Start mid-May thru September 25
Primary responsibilities to cook breakfast 6 days week for 125 staff and guests
Cook for staff /a la cart 50 staff from 7:00- 7:30
Cook for guests 7:30 - 8:30 ( 75 guests)
- competent breakfast cook, to cook eggs to order and daily specials
- all breakfast prep, could include daily specials, fruit trays, pancake prep, potato prep, meats
- work with Chef or owners to create daily breakfast specials
- additional prep work, could include, salad bar, lunch or dinner, appetizer prep
- maintain clean work area, assist in deliveries
