Okemo offers a wide variety of positions including front desk/guest services, sales, call center reservations, building maintenance, mountain operations, ski and snowboard instructors, lift operations and maintenance, day care, culinary services, housekeeping and evening custodial staff, CDL shuttle drivers, snowmakers and more! 

Our first Job Fair for the winter season will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 in the Clock Tower Base Lodge. The fair will be held from 10 am to 2 pm. Our job fair is a unique opportunity to meet with all of our hiring managers to discuss the specifics of each position - responsibilities, schedule, wage, duration of position, and more.   • Competition Center/Racing

    The Spring House, our recreation facility with fitness equipment, pools, and spa, is looking for Recreation Attendants. Responsibilities include providing assistance to guests, monitoring pool and spa chemicals and assisting with the proper operation of exercise equipment.  These positions may require cash handling and computer skills.  Strong guest service skills and ability to work independently required.  Additional duties may include light housekeeping, as required. Our Ice House Attendants have fun working at our regulation-size hockey rink and ice skating pavilion. Responsibilities include opening and closing duties, monitoring quality of the skating surface, assisting guests with skate rentals, point-of-sales and guest service. Ability to work independently and strong guest service skills are required.

Supervisors help to oversee the daily operations of the Ski + Ride School, including assigning and checking classes, training and documentation, and other duties as assigned. Supervisor candidates must have previous ski/snowboard teaching experience, the ability to ski or snowboard all terrain and a PSIA/AASI level 2 certification or higher.
