Superior Shores Resort has an immediate opening for a Full-time and Part-Time, year-round Resort Attendant. The Resort Attendant is on shift to complete guest calls, complete light maintenance tasks, and is responsible for maintaining public spaces throughout the resort. Other duties include guest services, special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Director, Resort Engineer, and Guest Services Manager.

This position will follow and comply with all company policies and procedures set forth by the ownership, department, and human resources. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional with tucked-in, non-wrinkly articles of clothing. Appearance should be well groomed, pleasant or no odor, appropriate shoe ware, and black dress pants. Maintain confidentiality of all guest, company, and service standards, and other non-public information, and protect company physical and intellectual property assets.

Conveniently located at the center of many North Shore attractions, including Gooseberry Falls, Split Rock Lighthouse, Canal Park, and the Superior Hiking Trail, Superior Shores is the North Shore at its best.

Qualifications:

• Candidate needs to be self-motivated, able to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task with speed and accuracy
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Perfect for those who like a variety of work, inside and out
• Valid driver’s license required

Superior Shores Resort & Conference Center has an immediate opening for a housekeeper. The housekeeper's responsibilities include cleaning rooms, cleaning public spaces, washing and folding laundry as well as resupplying the cleaning closet. Other duties include guest services, and special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Director, Resort Engineer, and Guest Services Manager.

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to assist at our front desk. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in booking softwares and guest services at a prior hotel or resort. Responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and out of the resort
• Managing guest folios
• Folio payment processing
• Managing guest needs and requests in quick order
• Handling all reservations that are not directed through corporate’s Central Reservations
• Making non lodging reservations for dining, spa, tours and excursions
• Sales and stocking of gift shop merchandise

Every task completed by the maintenance and facilities team should be done in a manor that takes pride in knowing it was done perfectly to create a flawless guest experience! Most importantly, to ensure the resort is always in a “presentable” position; well maintained facilities and neat and tidy and well cared for grounds.
