Desired Experience:

2 Yr Associates Degree (Not Required)
2 years sales/customer service
1 year management (branch or franchise), customer service
Extremely Customer Service Orientated (think country club members)
Extremely Organized
Proficient managing income statement, P&L, Budgeting, employees
Good credit, major cc’s, good driving record
Passion for boats/water/outdoors
Some mechanical ability necessary, basic service
Prefer someone that has a truck that can tow
Willing to relocate

Member Sales
Phone Sales
Hire and train employees
Manage employees
Manage vendors
Schedule employees
Hit sales goals
Hit P&L goals
Hit Income statement goals
Control cost, analyze purchases
Field phone calls from advertising
Complete callbacks
Customer Relations on the dock
Outfitting Boats
Conduct Member Boater Safety Training
Checking members in and out
Cleaning/maintaining boats 
Member Orientations
Boat and Dock Inventory
Help with prospect tours
Member Relations
