Job Summary:
A server will take food and beverage orders from customers, deliver requests to the
kitchen for preparation, carry items to the table in the proper order, help the bus staff as needed with the removal of finished plates, refill drinks and collect payment when the meal is over.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client while maintaining food and alcohol regulations.
- Assisted the guests with name, descriptions, origins, and ingredients of each food and drink items
- Ensured guests are greeted with appropriate salutations and ushered to the seating area.
- Follow all California health standards (i.e hand washing, proper food temperatures, cross-contamination etc.)
- Servers must be experts on a restaurant’s offerings. When patrons inquire about food choices, servers should be able to explain ingredients, preparation techniques and available substitutions. They know about daily specials or seasonal offerings not on the menu and convey information about these additional choices to the dining party. Fine Dining Servers also may offer suggestions to enhance the experience, such as which wine pairs well with a given entrée.
- Servers must follow proper steps of service standards set by Nakoma.

- Servers must pay close attention to safety measures so that food does not inadvertently become contaminated or someone gets burned by a hot plate.
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Efficiently deliver food and drinks to the dinner table to ensure good dining services.
- Maintenance of operating devices and performing regular cleaning tasks.
- Participate in daily lineups to ensure knowledge of specials, changes, and events.
- Examine the floor on a periodic basis. This includes restrooms.
- Monitor and ensure a clean workplace and other areas.
- Perform any and all side work assigned to you in a quick and efficient manner
- Coordinate with respective team leaders and manage all service requirements to ensure efficiency in working.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the whole workstation.
- Understand all operating systems on the property to ensure a smooth line of service.
- Assist internal and external guests, place requests and answer inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Understand discount codes and ensure proper use of said codes.
- Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
- Keep your service area clean, tidy, and stocked to company par
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts.
- Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.

Physical Demands: The essential functions of the position may require standing for up to, but not limited to, eight hours consistently. Repetitive use of both hands, light grasping with the dominant hand. Requires bending, walking, standing lifting/carrying of up to 40 lbs. or less, light grasping with the non-dominant hand, firm/strong grasping with both hands; reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, climbing, balancing, pushing/pulling.
Mental Demands: A server needs to have a good memory. A good memory is obviously important in gaining a thorough knowledge of all food menu items, steps of service, upsells, as well as beer, wine and spirits. A good memory will also serve a server in good stead in his interactions with regular customers. Some of the best servers in the business have absolutely prodigious memories, and can remember the names of hundreds of customers, and in some cases even where they work and the names of their spouses or children. A good server is friendly, has strong communication skills, and can establish an instant rapport with customers from all walks of life. While not all servers are naturally gregarious, some of the best are simply friendly people who truly enjoy interacting with others.
Educational/Certificate/Licensing Requirements: Previous education or experience in serving or the food and beverage industry as a whole.

Job Summary:
Bussers and runners are invaluable in the foodservice industry. Their ability to be friendly to customers, take direction, and to be fast and accurate, can be the difference between a pleasant dining experience and a poor one. Busser + Runners are responsible for transporting food, beverages, condiments and utensils to diners outside of or in coordination with the deliveries made by the server. Busser+Runners are also responsible for being unobtrusive in the way they approach diners, so as to not interrupt the meal. They discretely inquire about whether a customer has finished with a beverage, side dish, main course or dessert, and then they carefully move that dish away without allowing food or drinks to spill on the table or on the diners. They may also wipe up spilled food and crumbs, and refill water glasses.
Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure the dining room is flipped and ready for guests and set to standard set by Nakoma for appropriate dining time.

- Ensure food is prepared correctly according to orders placed by servers and are to the highest quality of service.

Job Summary
Altitude attendant is responsible for food and beverage orders from customers as well as pouring drinks, delivering requests to the kitchen for preparation, carrying items to the table in the proper order, collecting payment. Assisting and helping your co-workers to ensure the best service possible.
Making sure Altitude is closed properly at end of shift, handing out waivers to guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client while
maintaining food and alcohol regulations.
- Assisting the guests with the name, descriptions, origins, and ingredients of each
food and drink item
- Ensure guests sign appropriate waivers for equipment use
- Ensure only lodge and membership guests are permitted within Altitude
- Ensure guests are greeted with appropriate salutations and ushered to the
seating area.
- Follow all California health standards (i.e hand washing, proper food
temperatures, cross-contamination etc.)
- Altitude Attendants must be experts on restaurant’s offerings regarding food preparation and ingredients as well as substitutions.
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, napkins, straws, ice, fruit and any other necessities to keep the bar running smoothly.
- Receive orders and input them into POS
- Check identification/driver's license for legal age
- Greeting guests with kindness and utmost respect
- Make sure keyboards/mouse are charged and remotes for video games throughout the building.
- Cleaning various areas of Altitude to ensure cleanliness throughout
- THEATRE ROOM- Starting of DVD player. Check isles, under chairs, seats and cup holders for any messes. Clean as needed.
- Checking equipment for cleanliness. Wipe down as needed. Put mats, balls or any other items back in its place. Televisions turned on to you-tube workout and fitness videos
- Keeping toys and games in order
- POOL/HOT TUB- Keeping the surrounding area clean and free of debris (pine needles), garbage, towels, goggles, flippers, floatation devices, dishes and clothing. Skimming of the water top and occasional brushing of the bottom may be needed. Wiping down furniture, maintaining a nice clean environment for guests. Handicapped chair (by the pool) are checked daily to make sure it is operational. Covering and uncovering pool area

Job Summary:
A Bartender will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. As a bartender you are to pour/serve beverages to the companies set standards, ensuring proper portion size, following Nakoma provided drink recipes, and maintaining beverage cost at the most profitable margin.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest form of customer service, ensuring to create memories along the way.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client while maintaining food and alcohol regulations.
- Log any incidents relating to customer dissatisfaction or any problems encountered with guests in designated log book.
- Practice Nakoma grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Follow all California health standards (i.e hand washing, proper food temperatures, cross-contamination etc.)
- Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout your shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer count.
- Mix all drinks based on the serving standards the company has set in place to keep drink costs at a minimum.
- Must oblige to all laws and regulations set forth through California serve safe. Must be TIPS certified.
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.
- Ensure mise-en-place is well-stocked at all stations
