Cook II has some experience in restaurants (preferably high-end) but still gaining proficiency in various areas of the kitchen. You should expect to work all meals depending on the schedule - Breakfast/Lunch or Lunch/Dinner. You are interested in furthering your craft but have a solid foundation upon which to build.

All members of the culinary team are expected to work autonomously and be able to find things to do when they have completed their assigned tasks and to ensure the kitchen is spotless. All should expect to prepare some meals for our associates and see it as a great opportunity to impress your coworkers and cook for your friends. All are encouraged to share their ideas with the Executive Chef and those around them. We work to create a welcoming environment in the kitchen and have a fun atmosphere while still performing to a 5 star standard for our guests.
