Are you the HR expert we are looking for? If you have worked in the seasonal environment you know that this type of HR requires a unique set of skills and knowledge.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the full scope of HR activities, including exempt and non-exempt recruiting for both seasonal and regular status employees, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee housing, and health and safety. This role directly supervises a HR & Safety Coordinator, Medical/Safety Officer, and two Residence Coordinators.
Our staffing ranges from approximately 235 in the summer season to approximately 35 in the winter season.
Housing is available at a low cost in our administrative office/housing complex just outside the park.
This is a year-round position.
