Moby Dick's is a very fast-paced, physically demanding work environment. We're a Classic New England clam shack. We are not full service but we provide excellent service.
We are looking for staff who are able to start May through mid-June and work through the season until Columbus Day (October 12th) and times in between. This will be our 39th season. We have an awesome restaurant with a good core group (staff) from many seasons past. We work hard, treat our staff and guests like gold, and have a lot of fun doing it! Challenge yourself in our kitchen! We are high quality and high volume. Stations include: prep, pantry, grill, fry, broil, steam, and expedite. We cross train and offer the opportunity to learn new skills and enhance ones you may already have.
This position is hourly with limited tipping. Servers should enjoy interaction with guests, are expected to know our menu, operate our POS system (Micros), serve food, and clean tables. This position also involves some food prep and dessert preparation.
