The Missouri River Ranch (MRR) is the Missouri River Valley’s premier accommodation (fly fishing lodge), and our lodge earns that reputation thanks to the diligent work of our incredible employees. Our Hospitality Attendant is detail oriented in their pursuit of excellence. They embody brand standards and ensure that every room/stay of our guests’ exceeds expectations. Their leadership ensures that all rooms and ranch facilities are well-maintained and cleaned in a timely fashion. On the service side, their genuine care and interaction with guests creates memories that last a lifetime, and support the rest of our F&B and service staff.

Our employees each receive a private room, food, tips, and 2.5 days off in a row each block. Our leadership team is local and has worked for famous ranches in the American West, as well as luxury hotels around the country. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Provide daily housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, rearranging and flipping the room after guests check out. Clean and maintain all common areas that guests utilize. 
• Follow a deep-cleaning schedule that upholds brand standards.
• Report cases of property damage in common spaces to your supervisor
• Assist with inventory of supplies
•  Assist in other departments/service periods as needed 
• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
