Shipping
Apparel – All apparel items are custom made by a third-party manufacturer based on the color and size specifications indicated in your order, and the manufacturer ships them directly to you. You will be able to choose the shipping option and cost for apparel items during the checkout process. Shipping charges for all other items will be assessed separately.
All Other Items – All other items will ship directly from CoolWorks. We make every effort to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders will ship USPS standard shipping, and shipping charges will be assessed according to the following shipping rate chart:

Returns
Apparel – All apparel items are custom made by a third-party manufacturer at the time that an order is placed and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Due to the custom nature of these product order orders, apparel items are not eligible for return or refunds. Please carefully consult the sizing chart and color selection before placing an apparel order. Unless your house-elf placed the order by mistake and you really don’t need 37 purple t-shirts in extra small – All sales are final.
All other items – All non-apparel items are eligible for returns and a full refund if they are returned within 30 days of your order in their original condition with their original packaging. Send all returns with a copy of this *CoolWorks Mercantile Return Slip* to:

CoolWorks does not cover return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
CoolWorks may at its discretion reject a return & refund request for any reason, including, but not limited to, refund requests for items that have been used, show signs of wear, or show evidence of damage unrelated to shipping.
Privacy
This policy describes how CoolWorks (collectively, “CoolWorks,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses and shares information collected through the CoolWorks Mercantile and other websites that link to this privacy policy (collectively, the “CoolWork Services”). In addition to terms outlined below, the CoolWorks Privacy Policy also applies to the use of and orders placed through the CoolWorks Mercantile.
HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)
We may collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name, your contact information, your shipping information, and your billing information (such as credit card account data). We collect PII when you provide it to us through your use of the CoolWorks Services, for example when you interact with our websites, place an order, or sign up for our mailing list.
We use the PII that we collect to provide the CoolWorks Services (such as to process and ship your orders or respond to customer service requests), to analyze and improve the CoolWorks Services, and to conduct marketing. If you register for email or if you provide your email address to us, we will send you emails about a variety of topics such as store events, new products, special sales, promotional offers from our affiliates or other selected business partners, environmental issues, and employment opportunities.
We share email activity data with our marketing email provider to help them better target email deployments to users. While our marketing email provider has access to email addresses and email activity and may share bulk/non-specific activity data, no Email addresses or specific email actions are shared with other third parties at any time. Should users wish to opt out of this sharing, users simply need to opt out of any marketing email they receive from CoolWorks.

We automatically collect certain non-personal information when you use CoolWorks Services. For example, we collect information about the devices you use to connect to our services (such as the IP address of your computer or numeric identifier of your mobile device) and about how you use CoolWorks Services (such as what time you visit our websites). We may also collect non-personal information outside the CoolWorks Services to measure the success of our advertising campaigns. We use the non-personal information that we collect for a variety of purposes such as to provide and improve the CoolWorks Services, and to analyze and offer our advertising.
