This position will work the bar in the evenings and must have previous bartending experience. Knowledge of mixed drinks, wines, beers, liquors, and appropriate food pairings is key. Depending on demand for the bar in a given week you may also find yourself working in other departments on the ranch or helping in the kitchen with prep and other things.

You will be responsible for cleaning the bar area, tracking inventory and ordering alcohol. You will work with the Executive Chef to order other ingredients necessary for the bar. Your past experience should enable you to work with the Dining Room Manager to create a cocktail menu and you are welcome to be creative while maintaining a western theme.
