Previous experience required. You will, with the other chefs, feed a staff of 35 and guests numbering in the 40s and 50s. This position does considerable prep work each day in addition to the majority of staff meals each week and doing breakfast and lunch for the guests. The schedule will change at the discretion of the Executive Chef and as such, you should be flexible.

Qualified applicants will have a great attitude, willing disposition, and positive personality. They will be level-headed with a strong work ethic. The ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment is key. It is critical to be a self-starter with high standards who can work autonomously or with a team.
