Experience required and must be able to demonstrate skills at a 5-Star dining level. Must work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with others.  May be responsible for a full charge kitchen on various shifts, assist Executive Chef on daily basis with guest and staff lunch and dinner and outdoor cookouts. Maintain and be responsible for a clean work area. Meal production may include large groups.

As second to the Executive Chef this position is required to assist in menu planning and scheduling and function as a manager in the kitchen. When the Executive Chef is off it is the responsibility of this position to ensure the standards are maintained.

Cleanliness and food safety is critical and the kitchen is required to be cleaned after each meal. There should not be any job in the kitchen that you are unwilling to do.
