Lost Creek Ranch in Jackson Hole Wyoming is looking for friendly, hard-working and dedicated staff to join our team this summer! This is a full-time seasonal position. Bordering Grand Teton National Park and Bridger Teton National Forest you are sure to spend a lot of your time enjoying the outdoors. We are looking for people dedicated to providing an unforgettable customer-centric experience for our guests where they can expect the highest levels of service.
Working on a ranch you are expected to pitch in where needed and work as a cohesive team. We provide hourly and salary compensation, a share of the tip pool each month, room and board (shared housing with 2 roommates, no family housing available), and a bonus at the end of the season for completing your contract! You also have access to the same activities and facilities available to our guests.
All applicants should genuinely enjoy hospitality and customer service. They should be friendly, team-oriented, and level-headed. This is a beautiful place and we are looking for great representatives who will be proud to share the ranch with our guests. Applicants must be 18 years old and be available to Mid/Late September.
We have positions beginning immediately and some beginning in mid-August. All will end in mid/late September.
Abridged Job Description (full description will be given later to qualified applicants):
- Guest Services: If you don't want to do the same thing each day this is the position for you! Guest Services work in: serving, housekeeping, transportation, dish pit, kids program, hiking, and maintenance projects. Rather than spending your summer doing just one thing, you get to do it all!
- Wrangler: Horse experience required. Responsible for daily rides with our guests. We ride twice a day and you are responsible for the safety and enjoyment of the guests on your ride. Wranglers also saddle, feed, and vet (basic) our herd daily. Applicants should have excellent people skills complemented by great horsemanship. Previous experience leading guests or giving lessons is preferred. Wranglers are required to have their own saddle and tack and can bring one horse to the ranch to be used for leading rides. All wranglers are subject to the rules and limitations placed upon our guests.
- Massage Therapist/Guest Services: Massage certification required. This individual will work with our other massage therapist to deliver a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience for our guests. Applicants should be trained and certified in massage therapy and a number of spa treatments. During times when only one therapist is needed this position will rotate into other departments like Guest Services.
