The job consists of cleaning hotel rooms, doing laundry and attending to minor maintenance issues. Hours will vary depending on the number of rooms rented each day. You will work together with a team of other room attendants and will be under the supervision of our Housekeeping Manager. It's important to be able to work well with others and take direction. We provide a fun, friendly, hard working environment, in which, employees are encouraged to be friendly and interact with guests. 

A typical day starts at 8:00 AM, with staff member's each having between 6 & 8 rooms to clean on a daily basis. Staff members can expect to work 40 hours a week. Uniforms are provided & are usually a t-shirt or work shirt printed with The Longhorn logo.

General Tasks:
Trims and prunes shrubs, trees, lawns; applies pesticides; cleans and maintains park structures including picnic areas, stoves, fire rings, playground equipment, and recreation areas; collects and hauls trash and garbage; clears weeds and brush; mows, rakes and edges lawns; paints or stains structures, benches, tables, signs, trash cans, barricades and fences; cleans up work areas; operates a gas-powered wood splitter, and hand tools; operates light equipment such as riding mowers; helps repairs to sprinkler, irrigation and water systems; cleans and maintains tent and RV sites.
