We are a smaller family run operation that takes pride in great customer service. If you want to work with a smaller group of dedicated professionals, this could be the place for you.

We are in extreme Northern Arizona. Centered on the road between the North Rim and South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Lake Powell is 45 miles away. Bryce and Zion are both about a 2 hour drive. We are in the center of an outdoor persons ideal place to be!!

About Lees Ferry Anglers/Cliff Dwellers Lodge

At the base of Vermilion Cliffs National Monument in one of the Western United States’ most spectacular settings. We are on the road that connects the North and South Rims of the Grand Canyon. In addition, it’s an easy drive to several other National Parks, Monuments, Lake Powell, the Navajo, and Hopi Nations.

Cliff Dwellers Lodge and Lees Ferry Anglers are a remote family run operation, we strive to be the very best in all aspects of our business.

Started in 1989, Lees Ferry Anglers is a fly shop, guide service, rental boat, and equipment business.

Cliff Dwellers Lodge was built in the 1920s and originally served as a trading post. Today, the lodge continues to provide delicious food and a place to stay for travelers. 

Cliff Dwellers Restaurant is an award-winning restaurant that takes pride in serving great food in a fabulous setting. One of Arizona Highways top 10 in 2013. Listed as one of the top 17 restaurants to try in 2017.

The Employee Experience

When applying for the shop and office some computer, phone and customer services skills a must.

Cooks can have a little to a lot of experience. We can work with people that have the want to hone their skills in the restaurant.

Ideal Candidate

We've discovered that the people who get the most out of their time here are typically folk who love the outdoors: hikers, fishermen, photographers and the like. 

Our staff thrive and enjoy being a part of a small, close-knit team. The ability to be self-sufficient in a remote setting and cook one's own meals are additionally beneficial. 

Because of our location, you must have your own transportation.

Room and Board

Staff occupy shared lodging in mobile homes with private bedrooms with common living areas. We also have some limited RV spaces available for those that wish to bring their own rig.

Employee Perks

Working here can get you discounts on all sorts of outdoor gear. You get a peal when you work and discounts in the restaurant when you aren't. Housing is only $150 per month. There is a $200 damage deposit taken out of the first few checks. It is refundable if the unit is left clean.

Getting Here and Getting Around

Staff must have their own transportation, as there is no access to public transportation, and we are in a very remote location.

For Fun

You can hike, fish, star gaze and shoot some great photography. This is also a great place to write, read or do crafts.
