Purpose

The service and courtesy you extend and promote on a daily basis will ensure a healthy and productive culture of serving others with excellence. The Cart Attendant works closely with the Director of Golf on the outside golf operation to assure a smooth transition for the customer, the efficiency of cart loading, starting/directing, car cleanliness and staging, storing, and cleanliness overall facility.

Duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Responsible for washing, prepping, and staging of carts
  • Picking and setting practice balls on the driving range
  • Interacting with the guests by helping them unload and load golf clubs
  • Provide superior guest services up to their arrival and departure from the golf shop
  • Deliver beverages to the course as necessary
