Bartender

This is a year-round, permanent position.

Summary: To serve beverages to the members/guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily. This includes requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, fruit, and other necessary supplies based on a daily business projection. Working in a clean–as–you–go manner.

• Greets member/guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote drink and food specials, and ensure the quality of drink recipes.

• Accurate check processing in the point-of-sale system.

• Accountability for appropriate portions of all drinks served.

• Attend monthly meetings.

• Always represent the quality of Lajitas Golf Resort in appearance, style, and attitude.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience is required.

• Previous experience with micros or any other POS system.
