Our dynamic hotel operations team is hiring housekeepers, night auditor, front desk agents, and other hotel operation roles.
Housekeeper: A housekeeper is responsible for the general cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, public restrooms, heart of house areas, employee restrooms, business office space, and other assigned areas. Requirements include: the ability to lift, move moderate weight; remain on one's feet for extended periods of time; and an individual who has attention to detail is team-oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service. Also, responsible for ensuring that the high RockResorts standards are met. Must be able to adjust and work as a team player to ensure utmost internal and external guest satisfaction
Night Auditor: The Night Auditor is responsible for answering internal and external telephone calls, greeting guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, creating walk-in reservations, establishing credit, and maintaining the front desk and surrounding public areas in pristine condition. This position will be assisting with guest emergencies and evacuations during night time hours. The night auditor will report to the morning manager about no shows, late arrivals, and evening events. This position has a checklist of duties to complete each shift as well. The night auditor should be someone who is able to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to guests’ requests and acknowledge all guests.
Front Desk Agent: The Front Desk Lead provides guidance and leadership to the Front Desk Team and is responsible for maintaining and enforcing Brand Standards of Guest Service and procedures to ensure a professional and genuine guest experience during check-in and check-out. The Front Desk Lead will possess outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills in order to assist agents, offer guidance, and resolve guest issues and complaints. This position must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to apply good judgment in decision making. Good communication skills are required.
Bell/Valet: Assist hotel guests with their transportation and belongings while generally maintaining the appearance of the hotel lobby and entryway. Work in conjunction with the Front Desk Team to ensure guests have a smooth check-in and check-out process, and that they have a great first and last impression of our hotel and resort!
