EMPLOYEE PROTOCOLS & TRAINING

  • All employees are required to wear a face covering and follow the company’s safety protocols and procedures at all times, including regular hand washing and the use of Personal Protective Equipment and Personal Protective Gear.
  • Employees will receive COVID-19 protocol training from your department leaders and local Health & Safety on your first day.
  • Employees will undergo daily health screenings and receive appropriate training to ensure safety.
  • Employees are required to stay at home if sick.
  • Employees who are off work and engaged in recreational activities on our resorts are expected to follow our requirements for masks, physical distancing, and sanitizing protocols

Room and Board

Employee housing is available at Keystone Resort.  We offer options for different types of housing, including dorm style living as well as apartment style units, that are located conveniently close to the resort and to free public transportation. 

Employees also live outside of employee housing and many alternative housing options exist within our community. Local towns where some of our employees live are: Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon and Fairplay.  Craigslist  is increasingly popular for rental  information as well as the local newspaper, the Summit Daily.

Getting Here and Getting Around

No car?  No problem! At Keystone Resort we have two great bus services.  Our local Keystone transportation team can take you anywhere you would like to go around the resort, and the Summit Stage can take you into town.  Parking your car can be difficult around Keystone Resort, so it's recommended you leave it at home if at all possible.

Keystone isn’t typical run of the mill ski resort, because whether you’re a thrill-seeking-adventure junkie or simply looking for a nice relaxing mountain experience, when it comes to our alpine inspired Activities Keystone offers a mountain of possibilities.

When the snow starts to fall, that's when Keystone Resort really comes alive! For adventure seekers, Keystone Resort offers three mountain peaks full of adventure, miles of trails for all levels of skiers/snowboarders, Nordic Skiing, snow biking, snow tubing, snowshoeing, and more!
