Summer Camp Programs Director

Keystone Science School, located in Summit County, Colorado, is seeking a Program Director to oversee its summer programs, including Discovery Overnight Camp, Day Camp, and Adventure Programs. This full-time, year-round position involves managing operations, safety, permitting, and logistics, as well as recruiting, training, and supervising program managers and seasonal staff. The Program Director will develop and implement strategic plans, manage program budgets, and ensure high-quality programming aligned with the organization’s mission of fostering curiosity and leadership through outdoor science education.

This role requires working in close proximity to team members at the Keystone campus, with increased hours during the summer season, including nights and weekends. Travel to off-site locations may be necessary, and personal vehicles may be used for local travel within Summit County. Please note, no housing is provided with this position. The salary range is $80,000 – $95,000, with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.
