/ Warehouse Stockers


/ Responsible for providing supply support to the tour boats and building facilities. Receive, check, and shelve stock items and complete regular inventories. Ensure warehouse inventory is maintained in an orderly manner.


Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities):

/ Assist Food Warehouse Inventory Manager with obtaining, filling, and transporting stock orders to tour vessels and building facilities

/ Insure correct completion of all daily and weekly tasks

/ Oversee warehouse operation on Food Inventory Warehouse Manager’s days off

/ Assist with receiving, checking, shelving and keeping inventories of warehouse stock items. Handling alcohol inventory may be required

/ Maintain ready communication between the warehouse, main building, tour boats and island lodge

/ Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including completing regular inventories of stock

/ Perform other duties as appropriate and as assigned

Skills + Abilities:

/ Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor; ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff, affiliated-company employees, and outside business associates

/ Excellent communication and customer service skills

/ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as a team environment

/ Ability to make decisions, solve problems and exercise good judgment; ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload

/ Ability to use industry-standard computer software and learn inventory systems software

/ Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn products and services specific to the Company and quickly learn the Company’s policies, procedures and employee programs

Physical Abilities:

/ Must be able to walk, sit and stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time

/ Must be able to kneel, crawl, bend and twist at the waist on an occasional basis

/ Must be able to reach at, above and below shoulder height with regular frequency

/ Must be able to push, pull, carry and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and greater weights on an occasional basis

/ Must be able to maintain balance on unsteady or uneven surfaces, ladders, and to negotiate stairs on an occasional basis

/ Must possess sufficient fine and gross motor skills to operate computers and other equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

/ High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Previous experience in warehouse stocking preferred. Must be 21 years of age to handle alcohol inventory. Must have a valid driver’s license
