We are looking for mechanics to work a 2 week on and 2 week off schedule, this schedule is a 14 day straight with 10-hour days. We are also offering a full time 8-hour day 5 days a week position.

Summary of essential job functions, responsibilities, and duties:

Maintain De Havilland Beavers and Turbine Otters. Perform Phase inspections on company aircraft. Follow all company manuals and adhere to all applicable 14 CFR's, company policies and procedures and SMS program. Duties include performing phase Inspections, troubleshooting and fixing line discrepancies to keep aircraft operating efficient and safely. Excellent communication skills required when communicating with coworkers, operations and freight departments is a must. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance and Shift lead.

Flexible work schedule: Day shift during winter months and swing shift during busy summer months

Summary of essential job functions, responsibilities, and duties:

·         Adhere to all applicable 14 CFR's, company policies and procedures
·         Inspect, perform maintenance, make repairs, troubleshoot and conduct tests to keep aircraft operating efficiently and safely
·         Good communications with colleagues, supervisors, pilots and flight department
·         Possess Airframe and Power Plant certificates
·         Hold a current Inspection Authorization
·         Strong sheet metal skills
·         Recent A&P activity within the past two years
·         Pass background check
·         Pass pre-employment and drug/alcohol screening
·         Possess adequate set of tools
