The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all aspects of the customer’s experience for Taquan Air.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Ticketing customers, answering phones efficiently, receiving and ticketing freight
- Knowledgeable of our destinations, rates, fees and tour products
- Establishing a warm, welcome, and friendly relationship with each customer in person, over the phone and through email.
- Assist customers with retail sales including handling cash and credit card machine.
- Responsible for keeping retail stocked and inventory updated.
- Responsible for keeping lobby, bathrooms and work area clean.
- Assisting with passenger loading and unloading as needed.
- Participate in all company training.
- Responsible for complying with opening and closing procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
