The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all aspects of the customer’s experience for Taquan Air. 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Ticketing customers, answering phones efficiently, receiving and ticketing freight
  • Knowledgeable of our destinations, rates, fees and tour products
  • Establishing a warm, welcome, and friendly relationship with each customer in person, over the phone and through email.
  • Assist customers with retail sales including handling cash and credit card machine.
  • Responsible for keeping retail stocked and inventory updated.
  • Responsible for keeping lobby, bathrooms and work area clean.
  • Assisting with passenger loading and unloading as needed.
  • Participate in all company training.
  • Responsible for complying with opening and closing procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
