Customer Service Representative

The customer service representative is a vital part of our day-to-day operation. The representative is responsible for all aspects of a guest’s experience with our company, including (but not limited to) ticketing passengers and freight, answering phones, booking reservations, general retail and assisting customers knowledgeably, professionally and efficiently. The expectation of the Customer Service Representative is to be the face of our company for all who approach us.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Establishing a warm and welcome environment for each person who walks in our door, calls our phones, or emails our company.
· Ticketing customers, and freight.
· Possessing knowledge of our destinations, rates, and general product.
· Assisting customers with retail sales, including handling cash and credit cards.
· Keeping the retail area stocked, and inventory updated.
· Responsible for cleanliness of lobby, bathrooms, and work area among other facilities.
· Filtering passengers by tour, and distribution of said passengers on to float planes.
· Participate in and comply with all Company training.
· Adhere to uniform policy.
· Report all hazards and/or safety concerns to a supervisor, as soon as possible.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requisite Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Effectively interact and communicate with peers and other Department employees.
· Independently manage work and schedule to meet all deadlines and expectations.
· Skilled problem solving, ability to identify solutions, and execute standard relevant processes.
· Work effectively in a team environment, collaborate across work segments and departments with diverse personalities and requirements.
· Reliable and timely attendance, flexibility to work early mornings and evenings, or weekend days, when workloads require.
· Recognize opportunities to contribute and collaborate with other areas and departments when individual workloads are light.
· Conduct oneself with the highest level of integrity.
· Working knowledge of Office 365 and other Company software.
Physical Demands and Requirements:
· Mobility across the site.
· Ability to handle stress and pressure created by simultaneous demands.
· Ability to work on-site, indoors and outdoors, with exposure to noise, heat and cold.
· Ability to frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
· Ability to work with members of the public, requiring appropriate appearance and attire.

Experience/Education Requirements:
· No felony convictions or criminal convictions that would interfere with job responsibilities.
· Minimum 18 years old.
