The Employee Experience

Aside from the obvious benefits of our expansive and beautiful backyard, we offer up a great community not only at the lodge and at work, but also with the locals. We work as a team to provide excellent service to those traveling and exploring and also to the local patrons who come in to soak, enjoy a meal and a drink and to share the verbal history of this great slice of Southwest Montana. We provide housing with private rooms and bathrooms and laundry at no cost to employees and whether you are seeking community or solitude, you can fulfill your fancy in our little town. We are in a remote little pocket of Montana, but scenic roads will take you to Dillon, Butte, Missoula, Anaconda, and Bozeman for small towns with a big personality and Jackson sits right between Sula Hot Springs near Salmon Idaho and Elkhorn Hot Springs and Crystal Park over in Polaris Montana on the great Pioneer Scenic Byway.  We stand by our work and play promise and want to ensure that you have plenty of time to enjoy the perks of being here at Jackson Hot Springs.

Getting Here and Getting Around

For Fun

The Big Hole Valley offers a multitude of recreation. The Beaverheads, Pioneer, Anaconda and Bitteroot Mountains are a great place to hike and bike on the Continental Divide Trail, fish in high alpine lakes, camp, trail run or just explore. Located in a low light pollution area of the US, star gazing and meteor shower viewing are amongst one of the great benefits of living and working here. The Lewis and Clark Trail, The Big Hole Battlefield and Bannack State Park are just a few of the great preserved historic gems in our little corner of the old west. The Dillon Jaycees Rodeo in late July is dubbed as "Montana's Busiest Weekend" and provides live music, food, fun and events for all to enjoy! There are plenty of rivers to float and paddle, lakes to swim and fish in and trails to explore, all without the massive crowds of National Parks. Hot Springs galore dot the landscape and are rated from developed to primitive. With something for everyone here, there is always something to do on your time off!
