Our lodge in Southeast Alaska, just south of beautiful Petersburg, is seeking an individual to fill a bunch of everyday roles at our fishing lodge. You'll mainly help fisherman get in and out of the boats with their fish and supplies, and clean the boats as needed, but you'll also assist with other tasks in and around the lodge.
- Assist fishermen
- General dock duties
- Cleaning boats
- Helping in the kitchen after dinner
- Cleaning cabins
This is an entry-level position so come with your enthusiasm and we'll teach you the ropes.
You'll have a weekly wage, but you'll typically double that with tips from the guests. Room and Board are included.
For fun, you can utilize the boats, fish, sightsee and simply marvel at the splendor of the Inside Passage.
You are responsible for getting to Alaska on your own. The biggest airport is Juneau, but you can also fly into Petersburg.
And, lastly, be sure to have some money when you arrive to buy proper rain gear. Yes, it rains up here in the summer, and you'll want to have locally made gear. Trust us.
