Our Jobs

Our peak season runs from "snow melt" to "first snow" (approximately May - November). Peak season is fast-paced and rigorous. Yard positions will be responsible for first and last contact with customers. This means loading and unloading equipment, cleaning tools and equipment, and preparing equipment and tools for rental condition. 

A key duty for our yard associates is the use of in-house computer tablets to document the condition of equipment pre- and post-rental. 

We are always looking to fill several positions. If you have the skills and experience necessary, we are happy to accept applications for seasonal (or year-round!) mechanics and CDL-A drivers.

  • Delivery Driver - CDL B / A

    $25.00 - $30.00 / hour


    • Safely load, unload, and transport rental inventory to customer locations in a timely, safe, and courteous manner
    • Demonstrate operation and safety features of rental equipment and determine customer’s ability to use the equipment
    • Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspection
    • Maintain the service and appearance of the transport vehicle, equipment, and inventory
    • Follow delivery/pickup instructions from Dispatcher and Manager
    • Perform other duties as requested



    • Frequent holding and grasping with hands when loading, unloading, and chaining down equipment
    • Frequent use of hands and feet to operate equipment and transport vehicles
    • Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas and/or fumes
    • Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 90 lbs.



    • A high school diploma or equivalent GED
    • Valid CDL Class A / CDL Class B Driver’s License and clean driving record
    • Minimum of 1 year CDL driving experience
    • Attention to safety and detail
    • Customer service orientation
    • Ability to navigate efficiently
    • Knowledge and compliance of state regulations regarding height and weight maximums and winch operations
    • OSHA familiarity/training
    • (For Class B) Operating construction equipment such as semi-trucks and trailer (“rollbacks” or “dovetails”) consistent with DOT classification CDL-B.
  • Equipment Rental Counter Associate

    $18.00 - $20.00 / hour


    • Assist rental customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner whether in person or on the phone
    • Ask customer questions to determine their rental needs and recommend proper equipment. Provide alternative suggestions if appropriate
    • Prepare rental forms and contracts by obtaining customer signature and other information as required
    • Explain rental fees and provide information about rented items such as operation of equipment and safety features
    • Answers telephone and receives orders by phone
    • Resolve customer problems and answer questions
    • Schedule equipment delivery and pickups and assists customer with the loading and unloading of equipment when necessary
    • Daily audits of open contracts and call overdue rentals


    • Complete rental transactions on (rental software) and perform basic tasks including, checking equipment rates and availability, creating rental quotes, reserving equipment, opening/closing rental contracts, scheduling equipment deliveries/pickups, emailing quotes/reservations/contracts to customers
    • Periodically update and review company website for accuracy and messaging


    • Cleans showroom floor and equipment. Arrange showroom displays. Keep shelves organized, stocked and clean
    • Report safety violations to supervisor
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in written or verbal form
    • Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in store
    • Attend department, store, and safety meetings
  • Service Technician

    $20.00 - $22.00 / hour


        • Minor equipment repair
        • Maintenance checks
        • Cleaning of equipment
        • Log equipment condition before and after usage
        • Demonstrate proper equipment usage to customers
        • Assist with loading and unloading of equipment
        • Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed
        • Perform other duties as requested



        • Basic knowledge of construction equipment
        • Mechanical aptitude
        • Knowledge of tools applicable to position
        • Desire to learn



    • May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene, and cleaning solvents
  • Yard Associate

    $17.00 - $19.00 / hour


      • Explain proper operation and safety features of equipment to the renter and user
      • Analyze the condition of the equipment for safety and operational purposes
      • Document the condition of the equipment pre- and post- rental utilizing software technology
      • Clean equipment before it goes into the shop, after it comes back from rental, and while it is in the yard
      • Assist in loading and unloading of equipment
      • Keep the equipment yard organized
      • Perform general maintenance of the equipment yard (i.e., snow removal)
      • Perform other duties as requested
      • Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate procedures are followed


      • Most work will be performed outside
      • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
      • May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene, and cleaning solvents
