Duties and responsibilities :
-Management of a Housekeeper team (about 8 people in high season)
-Management of linen and linen stock
-Stock management of maintenance products
-Monitoring of cleaning and disinfection procedures
-Follow-up of accommodation set-up procedures
-Verification of conformity

- Fluent in English.
- Experienced in Housekeeping and in management.

-Onsite lodging (private bedroom, house shared with 3 other coworkers).

- Clean and restock rooms and rentals.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas (bathrooms, showers, bar & restaurant, reception area, etc.).
- Make beds and manage bedding deliveries.
- Manage stocks levels: room supplies, maintenance equipment, ‘welcome packages’ - Ensure hotel pool towels are stocked and available to customers - Perform any other task requested by team leaders and management.

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment.
- Prepare home-made pizzas, salads, crepes, etc.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Take and fill customer orders.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
- Comply with, and enforce, sanitation regulations and safety standards. - Perform other duties as assigned.
