High Peak Camp and Conference is located in Estes Park, CO, at the base of Longs Peak mountain. All the children we serve during the summer come to camp free of charge or for a nominal fee based on what families can afford. Most campers come from inner-city or rural areas in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and Montana. At High Peak, we are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and youth. We strive to share the love of God through our actions.

The Employee Experience
What's it like to work at High Peak? At an elevation of just over 9000 feet, you will spend the summer in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. Rocky Mountain National Park is within hiking distance, and the main entrance to the park is only a short drive from camp. High Peak hires staff from all over the world, and your friendships will be life-changing for a lifetime.
Staff training lasts two to three weeks, depending on your summer position. Once camp starts, campers arrive every Monday afternoon and leave on Friday morning. On Fridays, after camp cleaning camp and having a short staff meeting, staff are on break from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. During the week, you will enjoy three delicious meals a day, plus snacks!

Room and Board
Room and board is provided throughout the summer. Three meals a day plus snacks are provided from Monday lunch to Friday breakfast. The staff lounge is stocked with snacks and drinks. On the weekends, the kitchen manager sets aside food staples and leftovers.
Most of the summer staff live in modern style dorms complete with heat, bathrooms, showers, etc. All beds are single beds.
Employee Perks
Summer staff receive camp shirts and sweatshirts plus some other cool swag. Staff lounge stocked with snacks and drinks. Weekend transportation for those without vehicles.
Getting Here and Getting Around
Summer staff are welcome to bring personal vehicles.
Camp provides transportation to and from Denver International Airport.
