High Hampton Resort is a mountain rustic resort located in the Western North Carolina mountains. Going into our 96th year of business this beautiful resort is claimed as a summer retreat for generations of families.

The ideal candidate for High Hampton is someone who is looking to experience hospitality at a resort level with many different departments. We have 115 guests rooms on property, 40 private rental homes, a 300+ seat dining room, a golf course, tennis courts, spa & fitness center, boathouse and swimming lake, children's program and plenty of activities to fill the day. We host many upscale weddings, corporate events, and resort parties. We cater to both our guests and Country Club members. We do not accept candidates with a criminal background. We are a drug free workplace.
Room and Board
High Hampton Resort offers a limited number of dormitory style rooms for eligible staff. The monthly fee for housing is $350 per month per individual. Staff rentals include all utilities and wifi. Our housing is a smoke and drug free environment. We have strict housing standards and do not allow parties or alcohol in staff housing. We do not allow pets.
There are several public restaurants and pubs within walking distance of staff housing.

Getting Here and Getting Around
High Hampton Inn is located about 70 miles southwest of Asheville, North Carolina. We do offer transportation from employee housing to the job for those who do not have a vehicle. However, because there is no public transportation, we suggest that it's best for all employees to have a vehicle.This will allow you to experience all that these beautiful mountains have to offer!
On your days off, here are all the awesome things you can do! Play golf, hike, whitewater rafting, zip line, boating, antiquing, restaurants and local sports bars.
Staff members may also enjoy some property amenities at little to no cost including golf, boating, tennis.
