    Ride with Heart Six Guest Ranch in the Bridger-Teton National Forest and Wilderness on the edge of Grand Teton National Park. Wrangle our 100+ horse herd from our pastures every morning while guest look on. Doctor and care for the herd and become familiar with every horse and its personality. Take guests on 2 to 6 hour guided trail rides from the ranch and multi day fishing and hunting trips into wilderness. Fence repair and general maintenance around the ranch is an important piece of this job. Must be physically fit enough to lift approximately 100 pounds.  Previous experience packing is preferred. If possible please send a video of you tacking a horse without assistance and a brief clip of your riding abilities. 

  • Housekeeper

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
    - Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor
    - Clean and wipe windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in lodge rooms, cabin rooms, and public areas 
    - Scrub shower walls and tub, clean toilet, clean mirrors and sinks
    - Inspect all hard floor surfaces and remove dirt and dust
    - Strip beds and remake with fresh linens 
    - Vacuum rooms and public areas
    - Replace towels, soaps, and room amenities
    - Laundry shifts: wash, dry, and fold Twin, Queen, and King flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, blankets, towels, and other linens using industrial laundry facility
    - We have lodge rooms, cabin rooms, and “camper cabin” (no plumbing, limited electric) style accommodations like tipis, wagons, and historic cabins
    - The housekeeping team is expected to finish cleaning rooms by 4pm daily to ensure rooms are ready for evening guest check-in

    Housekeepers will work on a rotating schedule through different sections based on room type, public areas shifts, and laundry shifts. In an attempt to mitigate possible risk from COVID-19, Heart Six Ranch has imposed a 2 night minimum on all guest accommodations through Summer 2020. Heart Six Ranch will not provide daily room service, only turn-over service through Summer 2020 for the protection of our staff. 

    Qualifications: 
    - High school diploma - preferred
    - Previous housekeeping experience - preferred
    - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
    - Ability to stand for long periods of time
    - Ability to communicate effectively in English - written and verbal

  • Front Desk / Guest Relations

    Front Desk

    Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 
    - Accurately check guests in and out at the front desk, confirm and enter appropriate information by asking for ID and credit card
    - Run various computer reports at the beginning and end of your shift to communicate room needs with the housekeeping manager
    - Take payments, post charges, and balance accounts upon check in/out
    - Answer guest questions and handle routine issues
    - Report unusual or difficult issues or complaints to supervisor
    - Relay guest maintenance and housekeeping requests to appropriate department
    - Answer incoming phone calls, take phone reservations, take walk-in reservations based on availability 
    - Must be willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

    Shifts are typically from 7:30AM-3:30PM, 9AM-5PM, or Noon-8PM. Occasionally you will be required to assist with other departments such as F&B or Housekeeping on an as-needed basis.  

    Qualifications: 
    - High school diploma or GED equivalent 
    - Previous Front Desk experience - preferred
    - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs 
    - Ability to stand for long periods of time
    - Ability to communicate effectively in English - written and verbal
    - Ability to navigate web-based property management and activity booking systems after appropriate training

  • Line Cook

    Prep Meals. Prep Ingredients. Keep a clean kitchen. Plate meals. Wash dishes.

    Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 
    - Daily food prep
    - Keep a clean kitchen
    - Plate meals
    - Help wash dishes 
    - Must be willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

    All tickets are auto-grated and tips are split with the kitchen staff. 

    Qualifications: 
    - High school diploma or GED equivalent 
    - Serve safe certification
    - Previous cooking experience - required
    - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs 
    - Ability to stand for long periods of time
    - Ability to communicate effectively in English - written and verbal

  • Maintenance

    Join our team today. Must be an independent worker with a self-starting attitude. We are looking for someone with previous construction experience to aid our team in renovating older buildings. 

  • Waitstaff / Bartender

    Wait on guests visiting our Buffalo Valley Cafe and on guests at our restaurant in our 100-year-old lodge!   Our Buffalo Valley Cafe is All-American style food in a quaint little setting with the astonishing view of the Tetons right ahead. Serve our guests beer and cocktails from the Bronze Boot Bar in our lodge. Take payment and run nightly reports of bar sales. Provide great customer service atmosphere for our guests who are on a trip of a lifetime. Must be 21 or older according to Wyoming state law in order to tend bar.

    Shifts are typically from 6:30AM - 1PM, and 1PM - 8:30PM. Occasionally you may be ask to help with the front desk

    - High school diploma or GED equivalent 
    - Previous waiting experience - preferred
    - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs 
    - Ability to stand for long periods of time
    - Ability to communicate effectively in English - written and verbal
    - Ability to navigate web-based sale system
