The Continental Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up the daily complimentary continental breakfast, ensuring that the breakfast items are well stocked, clear tables, wash dishes and a clean dining room after breakfast. This position requires multi-tasking abilities and the ability to effectively communicate with the guests regarding breakfast offerings and basic hotel information. Additional duties as assigned.
Front Desk agents are responsible for the overall service of guests from their first phone call to the hotel until their departure from the hotel. Primary responsibilities include; making guest reservations, registering guests when they arrive, provide extensive concierge services before and during their stay and check out and settle accounts on departure. Front desk clerks also serve as the hotel operator. Team members must have a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding guest service to our guests. Candidates should also have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented have the ability to problem-solve and to be team players. Additional duties as assigned.
Room Attendants are responsible for the overall cleanliness of hotel guest rooms, hallways, and public space in the hotel. Job Duties include: servicing guest rooms daily according to hotel procedures, turning down beds, stocking housekeeping carts and closets with linens and room supplies, replacing bed and bath lines and guest room supplies. Sorting soiled laundry, load and unload washing machines, fold, and sort linens. This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with guests and fellow team members. Candidates must have the ability to bend, lift, and walk during their shifts. Additional duties as assigned.
