Grizzly Lodge

The Grizzly Lodge in Silver Gate, Montana is currently looking for happy, energetic, hardworking, and fun-loving housekeepers to join our family for the 2023 Summer season. 

We have a housekeeping position currently available for the Summer/Fall 2023 season.  The position is seasonal and would conclude on or around the beginning of November.  The Grizzly Lodge is a 19-unit family-owned and operated Motel located less than one mile from the Northeast Gate of Yellowstone National Park.

Silver Gate is a very small community and offers endless possibilities to the outdoor enthusiast. Fly fishing, mountain biking, trail hiking, and only a short 20 minutes from the Lamar Valley (considered by some to be the Serengeti of North America), and much, much more.

We do not have a mall, there is only one coffee shop, one small market, and one restaurant located in Silver Gate.  However, there is a second community located three miles away named Cooke City. Cooke City offers additional Cafes, Saloons, markets, and shops.  The two towns are isolated in a mountain valley so we stress that applicants should feel comfortable in a rural environment, and enjoy being surrounded by breathtaking Mountains and abundant wildlife.  Simply, if you can't live without your iPhone... this is likely not a place for you!  However, if you have ever dreamed of living off the grid, needing a change of pace, or would like to wake to a Moose strolling through your yard, this may be just the place for you ...

We unfortuantely can not accept applicates with pets.  

Job description: cleaning rooms, some front desk work, and light yard and garden work.  Starting pay is $13.00 an hour with Room & Board, WiFi (though a little slow), and a $0.50 a room bonus at the end of the season. 

We can make arrangements to pick up the successful candidates at the airport. You will fly into Bozeman, Montana, Cody, Wyoming, or Billings, Montana.
