Are you a person who enjoys preparing and cooking food? This position opens the restaurant, turns on the grill, stocks the prep table, prepares breakfast meals to order. Change over to lunch menu requires switching breakfast items to lunch items in the prep table, prepares lunch meals to order, washing and cutting of produce and salad items and filling condiments and many other duties required in the operation of the restaurant. Must be an early riser and a minimum age of 18. Prior experience is preferred, however we are willing to train someone who has a willingness to learn. Pay $11.00 per hour, Gratuity share, 38-48 hours per week. Preference is given to someone who can work May 21 through September 7, 2020. We are looking for a person who enjoy's preparing food, Knowledgeable in food safety. Shift starts with checking inventory and doing food set up and food prep for pizza making, speciality burgers, specialty sandwiches and salad's for the evening meals. This person will later assemble cook and serve these meals to order. Other job requirements are keeping a clean and efficient work area, cleaning of cooks dishes, helping other staff members as time allows. Good communication with the other waitstaff, prep staff and management is required. Minimum of 21, years of age, Pay $11.00 + Doe per hour. Must hold a Alaska Tam card to serve Beer or Wine. Works 38-48 hours per week.
Seeking upbeat personality to serve our locals and tourists traveling through the area as well as assist with wildlife viewing as time allows. Duties include taking food orders delivering meals, making beverages, keeping a clean work area, cleaning dishes and other duties in the operation of the front of the house area. Registering of Cabin and RV guests who are checking in is also required. Presentation must be neat with good personal hygiene. Attire is professional casual. Minimum age of 21 is required. The Alaska TAM card is required to serve Beer or Wine. Pay $10.50 per hour + gratuity share, Works 38-48 hours per week
